The hotel has a prime beachfront location, offering easy access to the beach, which is a major plus. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making them ideal for larger families. However, the level of service was disappointing due to understaffing, leading to long wait times and poor communication regarding hotel policies. The dining experience could use improvement, as the food quality was inconsistent, and the overall value for the price paid felt lacking.

I was really let down by my stay at this hotel. While the views from the bayfront rooms are stunning, the overall experience was plagued by poor cleanliness and inadequate service. The private beach access was nice, and the location is relatively quiet, but I would have expected much more from a hotel at this price point. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and regretting my choice to stay here.

The room initially appeared clean, but I soon found out it wasn't properly cleaned, with surfaces untouched and an alarming lack of basic toiletries. The presence of a bloody paper towel didn't help matters. Rating: 3

Service

The front desk staff was unhelpful and often seemed uninterested in resolving my issues. They rarely apologized for the multiple letdowns I faced. Rating: 2

The hotel's location offers a great view of the water, which is calming, but I was disappointed that it wasn't oceanfront as I had hoped. Rating: 7

I had breakfast at the on-site cafe, but it was lackluster and not worthy of the high prices. Coffee felt more like a diner special rather than the Starbucks experience I expected. Rating: 4
